Terms of Service
FiveNod is operated by Mad Code Labs LLC. Full governing terms are under legal review; the binding rules below apply from day one.
1. Honest reviews only
FiveNod is built exclusively for requesting honest customer reviews. Fake, incentivized, gated, or filtered reviews are prohibited and cause immediate suspension.
2. Your responsibility for consent
You confirm a valid basis to text each customer under the SMS Terms. Misuse violates these terms and you are liable for resulting legal consequences.
3. Billing
FiveNod Pro costs $29 per month with 150 SMS credits. One credit equals one SMS segment. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime from Billing; access continues until the period ends.
4. Account deletion
You may request deletion from Settings. Personal data is removed within 30 days; billing and audit records are retained as required.
