Clear answers to common questions

What makes FiveNod different?

FiveNod does one thing: direct, compliant SMS review requests to Google. No bloated CRM add-ons, no email campaigns, no chat widgets you never use.

Is sending review request SMS legal?

Yes, with consent collected during the transaction and a clear STOP opt-out on every message, following TCPA and carrier 10DLC rules.

What is review gating and why is it forbidden?

Gating steers happy customers to Google and unhappy ones to a private form. Under FTC 16 CFR Part 465 it is illegal and triggers suspensions. FiveNod sends everyone straight to Google.
